COMMERCIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT
Aberdeen, Maryland • 2021
Yancey Roofing & Waterproofing supported the complete roof replacement at Bakersfield Elementary School in Aberdeen, Maryland. The work included removal of the existing roofing system to the structural deck, perimeter metal and flashing removal, wood-blocking work, and installation of a Carlisle Sure-Seal EPDM FleeceBACK roofing assembly over cover board and tapered insulation.
